Our Allied Health EMR training system is structured around educators and your institution. While The EMR Learing Center doesn't provide one-on-one support to students, we've created a virtual EMR learning community on Facebook. Many of your students have already joined Facebook, an extremely popular internet destination. The EMR Learning Center Facebook page will become a dynamic forum where key topics are posted and discussed by ELC experts, MA faculty, current and former student members from all over the country - experiences and learning will be shared among the entire MA community.

Basic support is provided to educators and institutions on a "per call unit" (a unit is up to 15 minutes) basis. This option is assigned automatically to the Basic program level. You will only pay for the support you need.

Educator support is a subscription based support program, assigned to a single staff member at your institution. Support covers the typical technical problems that can arise from the use of software. Anyone from the institution other than the designated staff member receives support at the "per call unit" rate.

Institutional support is a subscription based support program providing assistance to all staff members at your institution. Support covers the typical technical problems that can arise from the use of software. There are no "per call" charges.

Web conference training is included in both Educator and Institutional Plans. For initial purchases 75% will be devoted to core training. Web conference training provides access to one of our Clinical Professionals, to review anything from special uses of the software to assistance with your programs EMR curriculum
